This "tour" really just means that they take you to different sites in a van. I would have appreciated the tour guide actually telling us at least little bit about the sites we went to. Also, I would recommend having an option for solo joiners. I did very much enjoy the lunch at Beb's Talabahan. Delicious steamed oysters, buttered shrimp, amongst other things. :)
