我选了上午的行程，结果发现只有我一个人。酒店准时接我。导游非常友善热情，讲了很多关于槟城的趣事。我们去了缅甸寺庙、泰国寺庙、咖啡树店、山顶寺庙、槟城山（乘坐缆车）、乔治市和码头。费用包含槟城山快速通票和寺庙缆车票。这次旅行非常值得，也很有趣。如果你想在槟城山多待一会儿，最好在其他地方抓紧时间。 出发前，你需要通过WhatsApp联系旅行社确认预订。但是他们的号码好像不常用，所以我自己找了一下。

原本应该是跟团游，但那天只有我一个人参加。行程涵盖了槟城一些有趣且必去的景点，包括乘坐缆车登上槟城山。司机（同时也是导游）讲解了槟城的一切。他还带我去了咖啡树咖啡馆，在那里可以品尝到各种咖啡、巧克力和花草茶，咖啡真的超级好喝！这次旅行物超所值，远超我的预期。真的非常值得！:)

Tour guidenya sangat ramah, skill full & profesional, thx to Mr. Shawn. Tapi saya kecewa dengan Traveloka & partner mereka di Penang (travel vago). Sangat tidak profesional. Saya booking untuk tgl 8 Juli. Tapi hingga pukul 8:30 tidak ada yg menjemput saya di hotel. Akhirnya saya telpon mereka untuk menanyakan paket tour yg saya beli. Setelah saya telpon, akhirnya mereka memberikan no HP tour guide & no plat mobil. Dan tour akan dimulai pukul 10, padahal seharusnya 8:30. Tapi mereka salah memberikan informasi tour paket yg saya beli kepada tour guide. Kelihatan asal asalan. Komunikasi traveloka dan travel voga buruk. Lebih parahnya lagi mereka tidak memberikan kompensasi apapun atas kebodohan mereka. Buat para pelancong Indonesia lebih baik beli dari aplikasi lain.

Sangat mengesankan, Pak John yang memandu kami sangat super baik dan menyenangkan. Hanya saja tidak mengerti voucer yang diberikan dari traveloka untuk wisata yang mana jadinya tdk terpakai. Selebihnya sangat amazing

Went through the trip with Ronnie Ranjit as our tour guide. He’s very friendly, knowledgable, and accomodating based on our preferences. The highlight of the day was the Penang Hill trip with the Express Ticket. The tour guide recommended me to ride the funicular train on the first row to get the best view. It was stunning and it was a nice trekking experience too inside the Habitat. Then we continued the journey to visit a lot of temples around Penang as well as the famous Street Art and Coffee shop. He also explained in detail about the history behind every place that we visited, including the name origins, historical sites along the way, and much more. Thank you so much! Very impressive experience.

Sangat recommended dan worth it karena dengan harga segitu termasuk tiket ke Penang Hill jalur Fast Lane bolak-balik (gak pakai antri). Guide atas nama G-Shen sangat sabar dan bagus dalam menjelaskan lokasi wisata. Dan beliau mau menjemput kami langsung dari Bandara Penang. Kendaraan juga bagus (Innova Venturer). Top!

Group your yang berubah menjadi tour pribadi yang tujuan menjadi sangat flexible sesuai keinginan tanpa diburu waktu. Pengalaman yang luar biasa,karena Goh, pemandu yang berpengalaman dan well knowledged. Saya dapat melihat sejatah,budaya dan kuliner. Fasilitas yang diberikan sangat memuaskan, kendaraan yang nyaman, diberikan minum dan kipas.

Tour leader sangat tepat waktu jemputnya, untuk kendaraan juga nyaman sekali, penjelasan tempat wisata detail sekali, dan tdk ada yg keluar dari itinerary.

driver is polite and flexible in suggesting changes to itinerary in view of the rain. he also brought us to buy grean bean pastries when we asked about local souvenirs. he has been great in answering our random questions about malaysia and penang too. however, he seems more like a driver who sends us to different places, rather than a tour guide who will explain the history etc of the places that we are visiting.

Open trip menjadi private trip karena tidak ada orang lain yang ikut. Awalnya sempat ragu karena setiap wa sy tdk dibalas, jd sy putuskan menunggu sj di hotel untuk penjemputan, kalau tdk dijemput ya saya jalan sendir. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. He explained about the history of the locations. He came on time and never rushed to complete any tour spot on time and gave sufficient time for viewing the attraction.
