Ubin tour, very interesting and well organized. But I am unable to book the Sea Aquarium timeslots because the website given/stated on your voucher is not correct. Spoken to your helpdesk staff (at least 4 of of them) and explained my difficulty in booking the timeslots but they are available to assist. Fyi, I have difficulty communicating with them because the way they speak is either too fast or mumbling. Very bad impression and I have to tell them to speak slowly and clearly. I am still waiting for their response because they are referring this matter to a partner. I am very puzzled. Do note that I intend to book my timeslots this coming Monday but till now no reply received yet.

The packaged tour comes with three very different experiences. The food at Hard Rock Cafe is decent. Pulau Ubin's trip took half a day, exploring mainly the southeast part of the island with rich biodiversity and history. Our guide Adrian is caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about nature. Strongly recommend!
