won’t be recommending this, tour guide let us roam around ourselves for 30 mins at floral fantasy. floral fantasy is basically a path that you will be done in 5 mins, nothing much... thank god there was aircon. waited quite long for the transport to send us to the restaurant, tour guide collected $5 per pax during the journey. food at jumbo was bad, they served really low-quality food, we had to order extra dishes cause the dishes they provided to those using SRV were horrible 🤮 and they only serve us 1 cup of chinese tea. bad experience.

A short and pleasant trip. The Floral Fantasy is cool place to visit. The dinner provided at Jumbo Clarke Quay is delicious and the portion is adequate.

Is over, don't wish to talk more. This local tour operator is on my black list

The jumbo seafood is very misleading. 2 persons paid $200. In the end, the worth of the food looks less than $80. Definitely will not recommend it.

Really nice exhibits at Floral Fantasy but it was a bit too short, finished the tour in 30mins and went for dinner at Jumbo Seafood. Doesn’t seem like a super value for money package given its $100

We were not told about having to travel all the way to jewel for dinner and that transport was only 1 way. Was raining when we alighted from the tour bus and not sheltered

Everything good except food quantity not sufficient.

The food could have been better. Portions were small. Service from the restaurant staff not up to par.

Food at Jumbo seafood restaurant was good, Floral Fantasy very nice. Enjoyed it.

Tour guide speaks in mandarin and I'm Indian I ask her few times to speak in English she still communicate in Chinese. Very disappointed

Good outdoor activity, guide has good knowledge about the place. She highlighted some of the exhibits which we normally would miss if without guide. Thank you to guide Ying Ping!

I thought it was one of the conservatory. The garden is very small but the experience is nice. We spent most time sitting down to enjoy the atmosphere and soothing music. Otherwise, just need 15mins to walk slowly to cover the area. Lunch at Jumbo was decent with shredded crab sauce and mantou, soup, cereal prawn, sweet sour fish, fried rice, mango dessert. Easy tour.

Ideal for persons wanting a very brief visit and a very simple meal. However, meal value is not corresponding to the price paid especially with 4 of us. Most disappointing and felt shortchanged

Guide was not very aware of elderly even after reminder. I.e. reduce unnecessary walking

Tour guide wasn't familiar with Floral Fantasy area. Also there was a cock up/miscommunication with the transportation to Jumbo, making us do unnecessary walking and waiting for some time. Food set at Jumbo wasn't fantastic. Whole package is considered expensive, not worth of no voucher to use
