The visit was a bit short for us as the sky was dark and lightning appeared after a 10-minute walk on the Skypark Deck. We were ushered back into the Lift Lobby area as a Safety Protocol

My family and I enjoyed the trip to MBS SkyPark and the lunch at Putian.

We were on our own time on a target trip. Went in the morning, less crowded, with only a handful of visitors. Thankful that the weather was breezy with the morning sun & clear sky.

Tour guide didn't do much guiding, just brought you from point A to B, putian good was ok as usual but service at MBS branch bad

Tour guide just walked us to the sky park & restaurant. Dishes selection by the agency could have been better. I wouldn’t mind giving the tip but would have appreciated it if the agency could have told us when we did the booking, that there is a compulsory $5 tip per pax.

Enjoyed the views from Skypark.

There could be more interaction between guide and participant

Used our SRV so really don't want to complain. Did not receive any email from the tour operator, called the number provided but no reply, only received an SMS in the afternoon before the day of the tour, thought the notice could have been earlier and better communicated. Not much of a guided tour since tour guide only brought us to the locations and help take photos, no explanation or elaboration of the locations. Finally the food at putien was ok but the service sucked and tour guide then informed us everyone has to pay $5. This was not stated anywhere in the tour description or confirmation.

It was a pleasant trip. The tour guide is polite, courteous & well prepared.

Everything was done professionally. Eva is knowledgeable and cheerful so the tour was interesting and fun

The tour to the tower is great. However, the Pu Tien restaurant dish amount is small.

The itinerary and guide were good but pre-trip service less than desirable

Tour guide is friendly n accommodates our 10 mins lateness. Constantly checked that we r ok n enjoying the tour.

Lower than expectation food served

Skypark Tour was fantastic for us to see the view of Singapore! The Putian dinner was really a good meal cooked in Chinese Fu Jian style. It was enough for us and another 2 participants.
