Very easy to book! Really appreciate that send us a reminder so that we are not forgetting the tour date and meeting time + location! Vivi our tour guide is very kind and accommodating, she can speak 3 languages fluently (English, Japanese, Chinese). i selected this tour because they use big bus (very convenient especially in winter because we need more space due to layering of clothes)
