Di hanoi hotelnya tua, tdk ada fasilitas teh kopi di kamar, perincian paket termasuk 1x makan malam, tetep tidak diberikan walaupun setelah komplain diberi kompensasi, termasuk antar jemput bandara, saat pulang tidak di antar ke bandara dengan alasan setelah dari sapa, saya tambah ekstra 2 hari di hanoi

The trip was amazing and well organised. The food, hotel, transportation they provided are excellent. Tight schedule indeed, however they manage it properly. As first timer to the trip, I would like to recommend this to whoever would like to explore Northern Vietnam. As aditional, I advise you to add 1 more night in Sapa for better experience in Fansipan, I think you can ask the tour for assistance on this.

Perfect if you want to know the northern nature wonders, that being said, weather can change very fast in Sa Pa so better bring something to cover from the rain. I think for the price this is one of the best tours available. Staff members were always nice, and food was always good too. I highly recommend for those who enjoy landscapes, and also don’t forget to bring extra cash in case you want to do extra activities not included in the tour, like the Mua Cave. Absolutely worth it!

Great service! Detail information was sent in advance & agent always made sure the arrangement went well. Hotel is clean, food is delicious, transport is fine, lovely places to visit. We had an amazing time. Thank you.
