Tour đi ok nha mọi người. Xe đón đúng giờ, xe khoảng 30 chỗ, rộng rãi, có chỗ cắm sạc ở từng ghế. Lịch trình khá hợp lý, hướng dẫn viên nhiệt tình, đồ ăn ở mức ổn. Phí xe điện ở Bái Đính là 100k/người, ngoài ra không có phát sinh gì thêm.

Mr Linh was very kind, but unfortunately the boat trip did not go through the caves due to the effects of the typhoon and weather.

Ruby as the tour guide was very cheerful and accomodating. The whole trip was fun but very rushed (as expected for a 1 day trip). The whole service was in english (and vietnamese). The buffet was really good and they also provide bottled water in the bus. Def will recommend this to friends!

I recommend the trip to my friends. Actually, Henry, the tour guide, is very helpful 🤩. However, during the session, some guests who weren’t on our bus suddenly appeared at Bai Dinh. They were from Israel and talked about political issues in a condescending tone, which made the trip a bit unpleasant because they were inconsiderate to travel as a group. For improvement, I suggest to put info on Traveloka apps that inform travelers “Travel agent will informed two days before the Day trip”via the app, email, or WhatsApp so I don’t have to worry about when the travel agent will contact me, especially for overseas trips. But overall I definitely use your service again, Thanks!

Overall the trip was great, tho this tour doesn't include the electric car transportation fee which was 100 per person, but they informed us this right away after confirmation. The journey in Trang An was beautiful and enjoyable

We were picked up at our hotel, and it was very punctual. First we got to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda which is the biggest pagoda in SEA (if not mistaken). It was raining when we got there and the tour provided us with free raincoat so everything was good. Then we had lunch and head straight to Trang An which was very beautiful. We went into 4 different water caves while on boat, the rower was super helpful and friendly too. From Trang An, we visited the city square and had coffee. After we finished, we were dropped in front of our hotel again.

Một chuyến đi hoàn chỉnh trong ngày, xe chạy êm, ko mùi, rất dễ chịu, HDV nhiệt tình, đồ ăn hợp vị, dễ ăn, đáng để trải nghiệm

mình đi lúc Ninh bình nắng gắt nên chưa cảm nhận được hết vẻ đẹp của Tràng An. Nhưng tóm gọn là chi phí hợp lý, hướng dẫn viên nhiệt tình.

Amazing trip! Took the bus package, in which most members were Vietnamese. However the tour guide (Ruby) was super accommodating and made sure that I was always informed. She switched to English whenever she talked to me, repeating the same thing she said in Vietnamese just before. Destinations are amazing, especially the boat ride (took around 1.5 to 2 hours!). Buffet dinner was great. FYI as mentioned in Traveloka, electric car was not included, so don’t forget to bring 60K VND. Also I added one more destination which was the Mua Cave. This is completely optional. I asked Ruby and she helped me get the ticket! So happy I took this trip. Thank u Ruby, SST, Traveloka, and everyone who had worked hard for this. I am super happy!

The entire tour was good. Very magical and aesthetically pleasing. Tour guide is very helpful and passionate about historical places. Definitely will visit again in off season.

Mình có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời cùng tour. Anh hdv Tú có tiếng Anh khá tốt, vui tính & nhiệt tình. Tour đi theo đúng lịch trình, đúng giờ. Buffet ăn ngon và sạch sẽ. Điều duy nhất mình rất muốn góp ý là ở phần cuối của chuyến đi khi đưa mọi người về lại khách sạn, anh nói với khách nước ngoài rằng phải gửi tip cho anh tài xế vì đã làm việc vất vả. Tuy nhiên phần này anh chỉ nói bằng tiếng Anh chứ không bằng tiếng Việt, và bạn mình người nước ngoài có gửi tiền tip cho tài xế. Bạn không hiểu cách dùng tiền do mới tới Việt Nam, nên bạn đưa 10.000đ, và xuống xe tài xế đã gửi lại. Hành động này khá là kì cục & bạn mình đã thất vọng về văn hoá của Việt Nam. Anh hướng dẫn viên nói 'the tip you give comes from the bottom of your heart'. Vậy thì đưa 10000đ không nhận mà đưa lại thì liệu giá trị đồng tiền có quan trọng hơn tấm lòng không? Nên xem lại cách quảng bá văn hoá du lịch vì nó ảnh hưởng đến cả đất nước ạ. Và cá nhân mình thì anh hdv xứng đáng được tip hơn là người tài xế!
