综合评分和评论 Bromo - Malang Tour & Travel (Indonesian Citizens)

The driver was okay. He went to pick us up in the hotel at the pre-arranged time at around 23.30 hour local time. We then went to a restaurant where people wait for their jeeps. Afterwards, we headed to Bromo and finished the trip at around 11.30 hour. For the price, it should include at least breakfast. It doesn’t have to be an extravagant breakfast though. Also, I paid for two people, and since my brother stayed in another hotel, I gave them his address and the travel company told me that I needed to pay extra. I mean, it’s not that my brother paid cheaper price for the Bromo trip. Moreover, the itinerary said that the trip included the rainbow waterfall but at the end of the day we didn’t visit any waterfalls. So disappointing.

Jadwal tur terlambat seharusnya penjemputan jam 00:00 dr hotel aktual jam 02:00☹️, sunrise harusnya di penanjakan 1 aktual dijalur 2 bawah macet karena terlambat🙁, jeepnya dapat yg sudah tua karena sudah terakhir terlambat, padahal saat order di aplikasi & chat dengan pihak tur kasih catatan waktu berangkat tgl & jam tapi tetap terlambat next bisa diperbaiki lagi, tempat wisata bromo menakjubkan
