导览本身很棒，信息量很大。然而，这个申请代理/网站搞砸了！门票上没有具体时间，只写着全天入场。申请页面显示导览时间从11:30、12:00……到15:30。但是，我到歌剧院时，他们说我的入场时间安排在上午10:30，据说已经通知了申请代理。幸好柜台小姐和她的主管人很好，允许我选了个晚一点的时间段。不然我的票就白白浪费了。代理需要更透明一点！
