Nice trip with boat, the boat have aircon and good for sightseeing. But the time schedule is not fix, so expect delay in boarding the boat and queuing. But overall it is a good experience and alternative for travel.

Good Experience & information details, fast ticket Redemption process

On our voucher we got via traveloka (mind you, we’re buying The River Pass All Day around 160 baht/person), the limit time for redemption is at 6 pm. We arrived at Sathorn pier around 3.30 pm and somehow they said the last redemption for THAT day is 12 pm and the boat are no longer available. The locals said river are closed for The King but we don’t get any updated information regarding this from the company. We’re hopeless cause there’s literally no CLEAR information AND solution at the site and we don’t have ANY other option but to bought one way ticket to Iconsiam. I know we can’t reschedule and refund the voucher but it is NOT our fault because we came before the designated closing time, should’ve handled it better for matters like this. We just wasted our money. Another tip: just buy the ticket on site.

Gua rekomendasiin kalo mau dapet view sunset naik dari jam 4 atau jam 5 sore. Dan harus gesit dan gercep kalo mau dapet seat di atas wkwk

chờ tàu hơi lâu, tuy nhiên chuyến đi rất thuận tiện cho việc ngắm cảnh thành phố và di chuyển giữa các địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng

It was wonderful experience to explore chao phraya river, but I always got angry by the woman staff at the iconsiam port, I was just asking which way, and she was yelling at me speaking thailand. I hate her, she is so rude 😭

it's easy to redeem, just find the ticket box and show your QR code, they will scan, or if only manual available there, they will take a picture and they'll issue the ticket for you.

komunikasinya kurang lancar sih staffnya, pakai google translate lebih baik. Jangan mau dibilang kalau ini validnya besok, sometimes mereka mau bikin kamu beli tiket tambahan. naiknya dari sathorn pier tapi kayaknya dsri pier yang lain juga bisa

redeem mudah & cepat. tapi sayang lokasi agak tersembunyi di dalam gang. tapi setelah tanya2 ke warga sekitar akhirnya ketemu juga. kondisi boat bagus, bersih & nyaman. recomended buat merasakan pengalaman lain di bangkok, menghindari kemacetan menuju asiatique. next time mau naik ini lagi bila ke bangkok lagi.
