The driver was a little late -- though it's understandable since it was rainy when we went out. Our driver was nice and friendly. He took into consideration the places we wanted to visit and suggested places we can go to. We even had a sponty trip to the mall. Overall, the service was great. And we really had a good time!

van was on time, van interior a bit worn out. saw front tires worn thin, should have replaced new tires to avoid road accident. the price for 10hr rental was well worth it.

We had a full day itinerary and spent it driving around Iloilo. Our driver, Larry, was nice to talk to, drove well and polite. Our assigned car was clean and well-maintained. I liked how efficient Southwest was in communicating with me and confirming my DIY itinerary. Great service!

I had a great time with my friends. Our driver was local and he knows the area. He was very polite, accommodating on minor changes in itinerary and gave us enough time to wander around each site. I would have liked John to be our driver the next day but I was informed that another one was already assigned. Maybe the next time we visit Iloilo 😁
