Everything was fine

hassle-free transportation. but hope they have mentioned having the qr code ready to ease the process

The driver was early at my hotel. Felt sorry that I made him wait. The van ride was smooth and the staff made sure to assist during the transfer to the boat and to the other van after the jetty port going to the airport.

We availed this experience because as per ad it says that this was a premium door to door transfer from Caticlan to our hotel in Boracay. There were numerous delays we encountered because of the poor coordination and negligence of the 3rd party service wherein they transferred us in total of 2.5 hours (which normally takes 30 to 45 minutes). I already reported this incident to the customer service of Traveloka and their partner. Certain actions were taken to improve their service. Kudos to your team!

We were picked up at our hotel and brought to the ferry and airport with no problem. The van and bus ride to the airport was very comfortable. I'm happy i booked it. We definitely were been taken care of.

They treated us like VIP. Hassle-free and right on time.

The whole trip took almost 3 hours. We had to wait too long for the ferry and the van that took us to the hotel. Just thankful for Traveloka offering this option though.

The description and photo of the speedboat does not match the one that we used. It's not premium at all.

It feels like I booked a private transfer since I'm the only passenger of the van and the speed boat. The staff of Southwest is also helpful and accommodating.
