Penukaran mudah cukup di tunjukan bokingan di aplikasi traveloka ke petugas dan mereka akan print cetak tiket, waktu on time

The staff was very friendly. Even though there were only 2 person that buy ticket for that hour (me and my husband), but the cruise still operate like usual..it feels like we rented the whole cruise LOL. We really enjoyed our ride and would be back another time

Tinggal datang aja kelokasi sesuai jam nya lalu tukar QR Code ketiket fisik. Stafnya juga ramah diarah untuk tukar tiket fisik dulu. Memang lebih baik beli online jadi sesuai jam yang kita mau dan tidak perlu antri atau ngak kebagian tiket.
