For the reservation, quick response by whatsapp. when we arrived the airport, INNOVA driver has already stand by there. it was very smooth we arrived hotel 30 min after landing thus I recommend.

The company didn’t realize we were arriving so did not arrange a driver to meet us at the airport. We had to wait 45 minutes in the heat for a driver to arrive even though the operator told us 10 minutes. Very unprofessional
