太神奇了，我当时就惊呆了。到处都写有信息，但由于人太多，所以有点混乱。如果您想提问，工作人员确实可以提供帮助。询问售票柜台的工作人员，如果他们不会说英语，有一个模板可以解释火车线路。我并不后悔预订 JR Wide Pass。它非常合适并且可以为你节省一点。然而，对于那些不想费力上下自动扶梯寻找火车路线的人来说，这并不合适。必须具有高度的冒险精神。

Sangat menguntungkan, tidak perlu beli tiket lagi untuk ke gala yuzawa. Untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk kita hanya butuh reservasi tempat duduk di mesin mesin yg tersedia

Memudahkan untuk kemana2 gaperlu beli2 tiket lgsg masukin aja , dan untung sekLi kalo mau ke fuji dan galayuzawa

Super good. The best trip using the Tokyo wide Pass.. more cheaper and easier to Nikko and other places in the areas surrounding Tokyo. The JR TOKYO Wide Pass is recommended.

We love how handy we can travel everywhere, including to Gala Yuzawa and Karuizawa via Shinkansen. We save a lot by using JR Tokyo Wide Pass

Cant redeem ..have to buy another pass 😌

Very useful to take around Mt Fuji, Gala Yuzawa and im used to take NEX from narita to shinjuku. if you need help, go to JR East Office center and they are very helpful.

I wasn't able to redeem the vouchers because the QR codes were invalid , according to the JR service personnel. So, i ended up buying new tickets right there, and just requested traveloka for refund. Better and faster if you would just buy there when you arrive.

Sebenarnya semua prosedur penukaran tiket suh disampaikan dengan jelas namun karena QR code yang diperlukan dikirim terpisah, dan sebelumnya juga ada QR code lainnya (yang kami pikir itu yang discan) jadi memakan waktu lebih lama daripada seharusnya sebelum akhirnya saya menyadarinya. Selain itu semua ok, pelayanan dan para staff nya ramah.

Good and easy to exchange the ticket at airport

Semua ok. Cuma ada problem time redeem. Cannot scan the passport. Overall the pass is good.

there was some confusion on the JR office when we about to redeem the pass, and it took some time to finally able to get it after checking the email from traveloka and the agent back and forth. the pass itself really helpful and great value.

Sangat berguna untuk 3 hari menjelajah Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Yokohama dan Galayuzawa. Proses redeem sangat mudah dimana setelah pembelian diTraveloka maka anda akan dihubungi (saya dihubungi melalui WA) oleh staff Japantrips (@japanlives) meminta data2 pembeli dan akan di email barcodenya. Redeem pada hari yg ditentukan dengan scan barcode pada mesin dilokasi JR yg anda pilih. Terima kasih untuk supportnya dari @japanlives yg sangat membantu proses redeem 👍😍
