问题是，我订了SG-Nui Ba Den的往返票，票上写的运营时间是4:30-18:00，但是订完款汇款后，服务商就打电话让我选出发时间和座位，但是有一个问题：我订的是6月30号晚上的票，6月1号用的，6月31号早上服务商就打电话让我选座位和时间，因为订票日期比较近，选择比较少，问回程时间，服务商说现在没有车了，最晚只有15:00的车，因为后面的时段都满了，我问为什么我订的是18:00的票，为什么他们说15:00没有车了，那我该怎么办呢？服务商说现在没有车了，你猜怎么着，我只好接受那个时间段。第二天我们约定放弃回程票，自己玩到想回去的时候，再叫另一辆车回去。这让我在旅途中感到非常不舒服和不安。

Nhân viên điều phối thiếu chuyên nghiệp về việc hướng dẫn và sắp xếp thời gian đi chuyển của khách. Web khi book vé thông báo xe sẽ khởi hành từ 4:30 sáng đến 18:00 mỗi 30 phút chuyến, nhưng khi tôi trao đổi lịch trình đi tham quan Tây ninh 1 ngày cho nhân viên điều hành thì option của nhà xe đưa ra chỉ có 1h và tôi k có sự lựa chọn nào cả ( đi từ 5h30 sáng về lúc 16:30) vậy sẽ k phù hợp cho những ai muốn tham quan núi bà đen đi về trong ngày . Dịch vụ cung cấp như nhà xe chỉ có 1 chuyến/ngày dành cho khách booking. Tôi k recommended nếu bạn lựa đi núi bà đen đi về trong ngày

Enough space inside the car. Can bring 1 luggage for 1 person. Make sure your luggage is compact because the space for luggage is limited.

The driver can understand basic English and offer good routes.

Good driver. Car speed is good enough to meet the scheduled departure and arrival time.

The car has a good air conditioner. Not too cramped and a good driver overall.

Recommended round-trip service if you want to explore Vietnam, especially around Ho Chi Minh and Nui Ba Mountain.

The driver can bring us to the next destination safely. A slight delay, but that didn't disturb my itinerary.

The interior of the car is not too much. The space inside is not too cramped. Decent service.
