We did not have an experience. We wanted to take the boat earlier and it was not clear to us where we had to get the vouchers. I contacted the customer service in the morning and did not get any reply. I reconnected around 12pm. I never got a reply that helped us. We went to the pier ourselves and ordered new tickets. It would be really helpful and we would be grateful if we can get a refund. Thank you
