My friend was not able to use hers because it did not work for her android phone. Mine worked fine, I use iPhone.

The simcard did not work on our phones. Note that our phones are one of the latest so it should not have an issue. Unfortunately, none worked. To save us from the hassle, we need to find an alternative pocket wifi rental on the airport. It was easy to redeem though.

This sim card was really useful. It was easy to roam around Tokyo with this and it had very fast internet. Thank you, Traveloka!

It easy to be used, location of counter at narita terminal 1 is at 2nd floor near with escalator. They won't guidance you, but you receive the instruction steps. Dont forget to restart your phone. After that it can be used even on metro or subway

Agak sulit saat awal setting, harus masuk ke SIM card 1. Kuota juga terbatas, tapi cukup untuk digunakan browsing, update foto dan cek peta di maps

The signal was not good, it is unlimited card but the internet connection was very slow. Not recommended.

Good signal when using an iphone better ask for help activating it to the officer there, if in doubt do it yourself

I could not set up the simcard, tried to install the configuration profile but still cannot be used.

Easy to booking everything in traveloka. We choose to buy Japan Sim Card with Japan pick up at the time. The counter not really hard to find. Just go to the meeting center at arrival hall you will find it there. Same counter with other travels

Easy to find the counter and cheapest compare if you buy at the airport.

Maybe it's a little bit confusing to find the location if you're not carefully read the instructions but for me, I found the counter quite easy and the process of exchanging your voucher with the SIM card itself is really fast.

Prosesnya cepat, keluar dari ambil bagasi langsung belok kanan ada konter buat kasih liat QR codenya buat discan, terus dikasih deh sim cardnya
