The lounge was very crowded and I barely could enjoy the service due to the unfavourable condition of the lounge which was pretty similar with fast food during the peak hour yet they kept accepting customers knowing the 50% of the capacity threshold was already passed. Prior reservation is not necessary nor recommended. If you find the lounge is full or very crowded, you can find yourself a better place to spend your money inside the domestic boarding area. With similar price with the lounge entry fee, you absolutely can enjoy one of the best airport restaurant service money can buy nearby (the outlet is undisclosed, it is relatively easy to lookout). Overall, either they should opening more lounge or expanding current temporary lounge

So-so lounge. For those who purchased through traveloka, I would recommend using the first one (the one that shares with BRI lounge, near the 13th boarding gate) instead of the one that was located near the 18th boarding gate.

Makanan lumayan enak... Kopi ada dan cemilan jg ada...

Makanannya enak-enak, live cooking untuk mi ayamnya walaupun agak ngaret tapi ga masalah. Dateng pas peralihan dari brunch ke lunch, jadi makanan yang diserve pas masih anget. Mienya enak, pizzanya enak, capcaynya enak, ayamnya enak... Cuma sayang pisang gorengnya keras. Lainnya enak!
