Device & Wifi - Overall good experience. The device can get quite hot. Connection- 80% of time strong signal. Rental experience - Overall frustrating. Wanted to rent 2 device for 9 days. Customer Service told to select '9' under Others (Days). Received 18 vouchers in total. Went through few CS for almost 2 weeks to get it resolve. Upon pick up, although show email confirmation, still have to wasted precious time going through the whole dispute process again on the number of device and days.

The usage of the roaming man itself was good. The connection was strong 80% of the time but the gadget can get pretty hot. The purchase experience wasnt good. Bought 2 gadget for 10 days and was told to put 10 under Total Visitors/Other (Days) for each purchase and end up with 20 vouchers for 20 gadgets for the same day. Took days to fix the issue. On pick up day, the person again asked if I'm picking up 20 gadgets and have to repeat the whole story. Wasted my time.
