The staff we really accommodating. There is no elevator; our room was on the second floor and the staff let us leave our heavy equipment in the luggage room over night so we wouldn't have to struggle with it up and down the steps. Our truck and trailer was 40ft no issues parking Overall good place!

We stayed for a night. It was fine. Had no issues.

HOT & COLD RUNNING WATER USUALLY A GIVEN BUT WARM & COLD WITH LOW PRESSURE MEANS WE WONT BE BACK THERE AGAIN (!!)

The advertising showed over 700SF room but it was smaller than 200SF a normal uncomfortable room. The room was smelly like smoking room that they tried to remove but still ther I got headache over the nigh. The bath drain doesn't sink properly. I asked to fixed, someone came and pulled the cap out but still the same. I won't go back ther again.

We were not told at check-in about towels not being changed for 3 days and if we preferred to have them changed daily. We were quite surprised that this was the hotel policy. And also, to our surprise, our bed was not made up the following day. We were there for 3 nights. The reception clerk though did bring us towels when we requested them the next day.

It was a good stay. Clean, quiet. I wanted to add on a cheese tray but it wasn’t available. The rest was great

Longest hallway I have ever seen much like the Shining No amenities, Freezing room temp on arrival. No comforter or extra warm blankets No bathroom fan Has the basics bed TV bathroom

Room was filthy, moldy shower curtain, out dated, dirty carpets, dirty walls. Only thing that was nice, is the main desk entrance. Crack heads hanging around the front and side doors. Unsafe and dirty outdated rooms.

Room was mostly clean besides the bathtub not being the cleanest. Overall good experience though, and worth the value.

The Ice machine was dirty .The pool was cold the pool room was hot but water freezing

No heatlhy choice in vending machine as stated was all junk food, Room had 1980s microwave, definitely not a business class room as stated n charged for. Chalking missing around tub and sink. Tub tiles chalking was very gross, room was not serviced for my whole stay had to call down n request more toliet paper.
