非常理想的一次住宿体验，房间很大，装修精致，有拖鞋和洗漱用品，热水壶。早餐品种丰富，十分好吃。服务人员耐心细致，给我们宾至如归的感觉。赶早上的飞机，还特地给我们准备了早餐盒。

The most friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is the best. Our room to the garden is amazing. We definitely want to stay in this hotel when we come back next time, and for sure to refer to our friends as well.

Location on hill. Tough to walk back up to. Was nice to be near Borghese Gardens though. Decor needs a MAJOR upgrade throughout. Concierge often couldn’t get us dinner or taxi reservations we wanted.

Es un hotel pequeño y cómodo es fresco así que cuando hace frío si necesitas calefacción, la calefacción del baño no servía, la atención del personal es muy buena, en general las instalaciones están bien pero no es un hotel nuevo tiene sus detalles.

The staff was absolutely wonderful!

The room in which we were initially placed had only one armchair, and the mattress was terrible as it folded into the middle. The interior was dated and the room was small. We requested a new room because of the mattress and the second room was nicer with bathroom upgrades, two armchairs, and a new mattress. The breakfast dining area is located in the basement and there is a distinct and strong musty odor in the area. It is quite unpleasant. The staff was excellent and assisted us as best they could. They were responsive to our needs and took time to make our stay comfortable.
