The room wasn't properly cleaned. We found a dried blood point on the floor next to the bed so we asked the housekeeping lady who 's walk pass the corridor to clean it as we couldn't contact the reception even we tried to call many times. On the wall above the head board of bed, there are some hands stains which we have to use our sanitary tissue wipe clean those by ourselves. On the floor of the bathroom, there 's one side of contact lens, dried and stick on the floor, which we assumed that it was from ex-guest.
