Hotelnya bersih, pelayanan memuaskan, breakfastnya variatif (mudah untuk cari makanan halal) dan yang terpenting sangat mudah akses transportasi dan cari makan.

Everything was great, the best service and impressive.

ได้รับการบริการไม่ค่อยประทับใจ ห้องไม่สะอาด จะไปพักควรตรวจเช็คห้องดีๆ ผนังเปื้อน พรมไม่ดูดฝุ่นเศษผงสกปรกเยอะต้องเรียกแม่บ้านมาทำใหม่ เราจองรวมคลับเล้าน์ ลงไปใช้บริการโดนพนักงานในเล้าไล่ไปทานที่คาเฟ่คืออะไร! ไม่ได้ประสานกันเหรอว่าหมายเลขห้องเราจองมาพร้อมเล้า เราไปโวยที่รีเซฟชั่นก็ยืนยันว่าเราเข้าใช้บริการได้ กลับไปอีกทีพนักงานที่ไล่เราไม่โผล่หัวออกมาขอโทษและบริการเราเลย

Near MRT, excellent breakfast and near to SOGO shopping center.

Service during check in and check out was incredibly slow, receptionists were attending to more than one customer and kept us waiting for a very long time. The queue during check in was extremely long but they did nothing about it, just kept keeping their customers waiting. We waited for about 20-25 minutes, this is unacceptable just for checking in. Checking in needs to be more efficient as some people have travelled for long hours.

Kamar luas, nyaman, seperti di foto. Memang kelas hotel bintang 5. Dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan.

I asked for city view ... They give me a room with a wall ... With a really expensive price ....

The hotel is old, carpet badly stained, not child friendly (they told my over excited kids to be quiet during check in), no kids club, nothing available to entertain kids during rainy days. Although to be fair, the service can’t be faulted and the staff are helpful, the location is very good, just across the road is mtr and star ferry and located right above shopping mall

A very comfortable, clean and strategic place

Cukup baik secara keseluruhan,cuma kalau buat liburan keluarga(ortu+2anak kecil)tempat tidur kurang besar harus pakai 2 double baru cukup

Kamar hotel sangat kecil ,tidak sesuai dengan harganya.

Sangat Memuaskan !! Kebersihan , Service , Kenyamanan , Breakfast semua nya bagus . Lokasi strategis.
