FRONT DESK DIDN'T INFORM US OF OUR COMP. DRINK AND BREAKFAST. WE WEREN'T PROVIDED WITH WIFI PASSWORD AND ONLY 1 OF 3 ELEVATORS WORKED ON A SAT AND WE WERE ON THE 25TH FLOOR. LONG WAIT. WE PURCHASED A GLASS ITEM FROM THE SHOWCASE AND WAS HANDED IT TO US WITH NO WRAPPING/BAGS. FRONT END STAFF NEED TO BE MORE INFORMED.

Breakfast was good Staff was the best part of the stay.

Comfortable and great location. Staff was excellent. Make sure your parking is captured as there was a snafu. Got a ticket even though I registered with the front desk!

The room was comfortable and immaculate. Stunning views of Tacoma out our window. We did not arrive in time for dinner and had other plans for breakfast the next day, but the bar was fantastic and and its food menu gave of plenty of tasty options to choose from.

Staff very friendly, room clean, great view, tub was old & drained slowly but still worked fine, had to pay for parking daily about $27 a day- that can add up. Loved the decor! Very comfortable stay, staff was accommodating, needed a little later check out, let me check out at noon. Would definitely go back!

It was not as great as many times before...lamp was broken in room .the room ..just looked old

Great room and staff, restaurant was great for breakfast this morning. Loved the art work. Enjoyed everything about our stay.

Staff was polite and the hotel is fine. However the cleanliness wasn’t the best and the room was small. The carpets need more thorough cleaning.

The Bite and Deborah was excellent!. Disappointed that we had no room service. Hotel needs a facelift and bathroom on the 1st level was locked at 10Am? Bed was very comfy and rooms was clean and comfortable. Overall look forward to our next stay and the remodel. Perfect location! Love Tacoma! And my husband says you need NFL network.

Everything about the venue was lovely. Nice view, comfortable bed, plentiful hot water. Would stay again. However, the parking management company hired by the hotel, Black Diamond, was supremely unprofessional. We got ticketed twice while being legally parked and had to run the tickets in to the front desk with a promise of "we'll take care of it ". That's good of them, but it's utterly unacceptable. When we left this morning it looked like most of the cars in the lot were ticketed. That's not cool.

Hotel was nice and clean with good staff. Cole to the airport and in walking distance if restaurants and bars. I will note that downtown,Tacoma is a sleepy place.

Room was as expected. I was told it was unsafe to walk to dinner. $30 for parking seem outrageous. I was not aware I had free drinks available.

Beautiful hotel and in a great location.
