Too many people for the amount of elevators. At prime times like morning and afternoon u wait in a line to get in an elevator. The pool in on the 3rd floor and is the size of a residential pool. This is for a 40 story resort. Room smelled like mold. The city view is if the building being constructed. Noisy with construction.

The facility itself was wonderful with excellent staff and wonderful food options in the hotel iteself and on the main floor shopping area. Personnel were all helpful and the wait staff for a wedding we attended on the second floor outdoors was superb.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The location across from the beach was amazing, it was walkable to nearly everything we wanted to do in Waikiki, and even had a huge amount of shops and activities to do in the hotel itself. When we come back to Hawaii, we will be staying here again!

Staff was attentive and nice. But the quality of the room and bathroom was really really outdated for the price you pay. I couldn’t take a bath. The rooms definitely need upgrades and to be more modern. We payed for the convenience of the location

Centrally located so it makes getting to the beach, shops, and restaurants very easy. Hotel does not have room service so if that’s something you desire then plan ahead. Parking is also not great, we valet parked our car for $70 a night and it took 20 -25 minutes to get our car every time we wanted to leave, again not great. Rooms need some upgrades for the price. Shops are ok but nothing great. Hotel only has one pool. Overall just not impressed,

We just wrapped up a 3-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort, and while there were definitely some positives, there were also a few things that really impacted our overall experience. First, the good: the hotel itself is fairly nice—clean, modern enough, and in a fantastic location. You can easily walk to tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores, which we really appreciated. Now, the not-so-great: the valet situation was a mess. One evening, we were stuck in traffic a block away from the hotel entrance for over 30 minutes because the valet area was completely gridlocked. No communication, no help—we ended up parking the car ourselves. For $70 a day (plus tips), that was frustrating. But the biggest issue was the construction next door. Full-on, heavy-duty construction noise starting at 6am. It’s loud and constant—jackhammers, drilling, banging. Forget sleeping in or resting during the day. My wife and I were here for our babymoon, and it really ruined the relaxing vibe we were hoping for—especially for her, since she’s been needing extra rest lately. All in all, this could be a great hotel, but we wouldn’t consider staying here again unless the construction next door is 100% done. Until then, it’s hard to recommend if you’re looking for any kind of rest or quiet.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and accomodating, from the valet, bellman, to the front desk. We encountered an issue during the first night and was moved to a new room to resolved the issue after calling the front desk. We love the location of the hotel, there are many shops & restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Clean,freindly,beautiful. Everything you could want in walking distance. Beautiful view of beach and ocean.

Location was perfect. Perfect view of the beach right across the street. Parking is really tight if you have a large vehicle. When we checked out it was an easy fix but we almost got changed two extra charges if I didn’t double check.

This was an awesome property. Staff was very friendly and the resort is gorgeous.

Party of 6 enjoyed everything from the rooms, the shopping, the dining, and the beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place

The property was located right in the middle of town, all things happening around the hotel. There is not a list of amenities available to guests via QR code or listed. We only found out chairs and boogie boards were available to sign out on one of the last days.
