Great location comfortable spacious room great price

I was in town for a conference located across the street, so it was very convenient. I checked in early and they had a room available for me which ended up being all the way at the end of one hall, but it was so quiet and peaceful, so no complaints.

Property and Hotel in general was fine. For my 3 night stay, they were overbooked so I was bumped to a related property 30 minutes away. Totally disrupted my plans for attending meetings downtown.

Great staff at check-in. No hot water in the morning though, so that started our day off on a less than best foot. Valet guys were amazing and very friendly. Would stay again.

First time staying at a Hyatt hotel and it was amazing. Friendly service from ballet to checking in. Food was yummy and drinks at the restaurant.

What a boring looking hotel. Grey on grey. No color

When we first got there, the room was dusty on most of the shelving areas. We found a pillow case at the bottom of the bed. Take your own water. Hotel charged $8 dollars for a regular sized bottle. Note: With kids we typically stay at the hyatt for the continental breakfast. This hotel does not offer that. Overall it was a nice stay. ALL staff were helpful and kind.

Like the rotating restaurant

All was good except that the water in the bath was not adequately hot. Mostly lukewarm. Otherwise all else was good
