Great place to stay!

We liked the location and the quality. The coffee service was not impressive for a nice hotel.

Unfortunately the pool was extremely filthy. The water was cloudy. There were plastic cups and bags in the water.

Very convenient to bars restaurants shops. And great views

The location was good for us right in the middle of River Street. The outside of the hotel looks like a big block of concrete, but the inside is pretty. Odd getting used to 3 sets of elevators in different parts of the building depending on if you are going to rooms, parking, or down to River Street. Their parking is only valet, but they were good, quick, and even got our car out at 4 AM. Bed was comfy. Lots of nice seating in the room. They "upgraded" us to a city view which was somewhat disappointing. Blackout curtains were remarkably good - could not tell what time of day it was without looking. A little more noise heard in the hall and from outside than I would have cared for, but only noticed when lying in bed quietly. Would have liked a bathroom sink outside the toilet/shower room, but it was all in one tiny (single person) room.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations for our first visit to Savannah. I would definitely stay here again when I come back! The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Loved it!!

My husband,granddaughter, and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah. The location was wonderful. Our view of the river and its traffic was exciting! It was convenient to River streets shopping and restaurants. My granddaughter also enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us obtain trolley and museum tickets on Tuesday. Thank you for a great stay in Savannah.

Very convineince and walkable place. Room is clean. Staff are very friendly. We were diapponted about pool. Water was not really clean, bathroom is not working . Opposite of what picture showed on the side

Great staff , clean and great location. We went for breakfast and could only order the buffet at $29. Per person. We are older and needed coffee and a couple eggs. We didn’t need the entire buffet. I dont understand a Resturant of this caliber not offering a full breakfast. I would give it a 5 star but can’t because of this!

Love this hotel, but service and the bar and restaurant is slow and the place is outdated

Heavy doors were easy to inadvertently slam so you heard that a lot. The atrium echoes like crazy from loud talk. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Staff at check in was friendly and fast. Outside parking staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of the area.

Excellent location in the historic district

I liked everything about this property

I was unaware of the $50.00 per night parking fee. It was not noted when I booked the room. Very disapointed.
