房卡無功能, 花了50分鐘無法解決, 只好換房間了事. 但處理過程中櫃台人員態度及其經理心態很差. 因為他 們認為我不會用. 期間我來回跑了3次櫃台. 他們才肯過來處理.

新英格兰地区，风景优美，酒店有一个湖，可以休闲游玩，设施旧，有规模，是度假村，但是最头疼的是没有公共交通，不方便，酒店推荐的出租车很贵，去机场要一个小时车程，优步打车，车很少，等很长时间。

Beautiful area

Place advertises bar and restaurant. Did not see either on the property.

The hallway had old dirty microwaves and mini fridges parked outside of rooms. The room smelled like old stale funk. Mattresses n Box spring felt lumpy and box spring dingy holes. Lobby was neat and interesting. But perhaps some other wings had updated rooms. I got a hot rate of $100. But thought it would be a bit better than finding hairs on bedspread. We didn’t shower got up and left asap.

The staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly, that is where my satisfaction ended. The first room had a terrible smell, I was moved to a better one but was still dirty, run down with scratchy sheets and uncomfortable beds. Would not return

This place should be condemned. Very outdated with a serious mold issue. Lots of broken stuff. Was very disappointed as I chose this place to stay for my son’s wedding. Would never recommend to my worst enemy and would never book here again if it were the last place standing.

Went to have piece and quiet to work. Great environment for that.

Staff was very helpful but property has seen better days, maybe on the 1980’s. A major renovation is long overdue.

I booked a room for 5 people only had two small beds, 1 person had to sleep on the floor. Only had two towels in the bathroom for us. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Wifi was terrible, only one channel worked on the TV. Ceiling tiles falling down in the bedroom entry way. Pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures. Room didn’t have a refrigerator in it.

I enjoyed my stay as always staff is nice a place is what you make of it

This property has not been updated in a long time. This had to be amazing in its day. Geese are all over and poop in the water so we couldn’t swim in the lake. There’s a fee for the fire pit. No food or drinks due to lack of staff. No coffee or microwave in room, no hot tub. But… great staff, pool great, nice on first floor facing lake (chairs provided to sit outside, upgraded for free, price was very reasonable for we got, clean room, bed ok, excellent food locations nearby. We would stay again over night.

Hotel was very clean and the staff (Joe) was great. We were a little bummed that it was advertised as having a hot tub and a heated pool, but it had no hot tub and a chilly pool. The pool was nice, big, and clean though. You could smell fresh paint and there were a few signs mentioning the renovations, none of which were hindering. The property is gorgeous and huge, lake front and my room hand and outside balcony overlooking the lake. Overall very happy and would recommend.

This hotel is odd to begin with, the pool is indoors surrounded by doors leading into private hotel rooms with no lighting. We had to walk through a maze of hallways and stairs to find our room which was fifty and run down. The sink had a massive crack it in, the wall paper was all peeling and cracking. The popcorn ceiling was covered in stains and falling apart. The bed was terrible. I think it was original to the hotel from a hundred years ago. Slept awful and was grossed out the entire time. The only reason we stayed was because we arrived around 7 and just needed a place to stay along the road.

We stayed here about 25 years ago and loved it. This time it is very dated and kind of run down. Holes on the lampshade, peeling paint in the halls. The staff was very friendly though, and the pool is still nice.

We chose this hotel after seeing the pictures on hotels.com and thought it would be a nice change from our usual choice of the Hilton. Mistake! The pool closes at 9 and doesn’t open until 10. There was hair on my sheets and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The hallway where our room was has a strange smell that reminded us of a barn and animals. The curtain was broken so it didn’t close all the way which was very uncomfortable since the curtain covers a patio door leading to the pool area.

The inside the lobby area is nice. The carpet in the hallways and in the rooms have a little bit of a smell to them. I was reasonably comfortable and I don't have a whole lot to complain about except that I wish that I had asked for a room on the exterior of the hotel because I wasn't swimming and all but could hear people in the interior of the resort in the pool and people going by with their luggage carts on the brick floors. It would've been quieter if I'd ask for an external room with simply a view of the lake. They didn't have the restaurant open inside either. The staff was nice enough. And mostly I was comfortable. But I would ask for a different room next time. Mainly because I like quiet and I wasn't swimming in the pool.

I liked the lake view. As for the room it had a very bad odor. I had to buy candles and air freshner. The bed was very uncomfortable. The furniture was old and smelt like it also. Not 1 person asked how my stay was or if we needed anything. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Hotel is a bit dated can use renovation… had to pay extra for microwave and refrigerator… no bugs … pool was cool
