Except no enough clear sign nir map to find the room all others are oerfect

The room view was amazing the property grounds and decor was amazingly beautiful like a jaipur palace. Love love the location. Service from the staff was next level. Love the pastry and coffee at the lobby and the late checkout allowance was so lovely they were sweet for accommodating us

Vi sono camere e zone molto diverse. In genere è una bellissima struttura con un corpo centrale antico, affacciato sul giardino e sulla bella piscina, dove si trovano la lobby, concierge, ristoranti, sala colazione e sale varie per ricevimenti, due torri collegate e vari edifici più bassi posti a semicerchio. La colazione è ottima e varia, la lounge executive piacevole con una scelta di cibo (principalmente nella fascia oraria serale) adeguata (ho visto di molto meglio ma si tratta comunque di un servizio di ottimo livello). Quanto alle camere mentre quelle executive della torre, seppur non nuovissime, erano belle e curate, la diplomatic suite , è stata decisamente una delusione (vecchia, con affaccio su un parcheggio, odore di fumo; inoltre abbiamo atteso per ore sino a notte fonda l’arrivo del terzo letto, regolarmente prenotato), solo per questo motivo non ho dato il massimo dei voti alla struttura.

Everyone is extremely helpful. The property is well maintained. My only exceptions were that on several occasions when I order room service I am advised to call within a short time period for recollection of the food tray; the room temperature never fell below 24F despite adjusting the thermostat to 10F and despite assistance from maintenance; and breakfast was always crowdy so it would be best to know the breakfast times when there is less foot traffic.

The check-in at 1am was very smooth and the guy at the desk was so processional, welcoming and smiling. We were given a room with Nile view on the 15th floor which was really nice. The room was large and bed was comfortable. There was kettle for tea/coffee and tea bags, water bottles etc; we were given more every time we requested. The room was clean and the whole hotel was clean, though the carpets were a bit dated. The breakfast spread was superb and choices were really extensive. The man who made omelettes was very nice.The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. There was a lot of security in the hotel too. The hotel itself is beautiful as it was a palace once and we got a guided tour of the palace which was very informative. The only slight negative was the speed of service during breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and on 3 days we were not even asked about tea or coffee during breakfast. When we asked for hot coffee and hot milk, they came at different times and late so not enjoyable. The other negative was the housekeeping don’t check the toiletries level in the big bottles. First day there was no shower gel so we had to wait for 20 minutes to get one. On the last day we asked for hair conditioner which was totally empty and we waited for 1 hour before we got it. Unfortunately I had already gone out by that time to buy one for my wife who was in the shower. Having said that the overall experience was great and would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful hotel and top notch service. The hotel is a tourist attraction in its own right, and the pool and garden area are the finest in all Cairo. it is the only place I will stay in Cairo and the location is perfect for everything including trips to Giza and local walking.

It was a good decision to stay in the Palace, a good addition to my first time experience in Cairo. Very safe area, some rooms have a view to the garden, I prefer city view and that’s what I get. Love the Nile river view. The staff amazing, very hospitable.

A beautiful hotel with amazing history- built for the opening of the Suez canal, still with the stunning marble stairs and statues etc. Wonderful service, reasonably priced food, all beautifully cooked and served. Very secure. All staff very helpful. Great location.

Absolutely Amazing. It was an Palace before. The only if , was that the bathub was a little slow to drain.

Nous avons réservé un séjour pour profiter de la piscine Ils nous disent sur place que la piscine est fermée et aucune compensation de la part de l’hôtel, si ce n’est me proposer de revenir. Comme si je voyageais au Caire tous les jours. Bref hôtel à fuir, personnel pas professionnel et ne vaut pas du tout son prix !!!!!!!
