服務態度不好

Love that there are slippers and bottled water but don’t like how there’s no toothbrush. The hair dryer is rather old and smells burnt (like it’s going to catch fire).

not up to the standard of 5-star hotel, staff is not helpful enough, room service is not accomplished in efficient manner

Good location and service as last year visit. The wash basin location in accessible room, which we didn't ask for, is too low to use, especially for a pregnant woman. Although apply for a room change, unfortunately fully booked that day.

到酒店下午三點登記住房時，被告知等一會，誰知道在大堂等一個多小時都沒有能拿到房間，沒有人理會，經過再三催促，投訴才能安排房間。房間裝修陳舊和小，很多地方布滿灰塵。除位置方便外，房價太高，不值這個價錢

Nice location, Hyde park is just aroun the corner.Subway stations 5 mins walks. Room is clean, but kind of small for 2 person. Breakfast buffet is great, worhy to taste.

Nice highend hotel. But it's a bit old and need a face lift. Staff is friendly and helpful

Excellent service and good location. The only thing that disappointed us was that there was no view from our room.

The breakfast is the best and most of variety , fresh and delicious food. Plus very nice English service, we enjoy very much in there. Furthermore, the hotel at very convenience location as well.

酒店位置极佳，离地铁非常近，服务也不错，房间大，阳台漂亮

服務人員態度良好,房間乾淨舒適尤其枕頭好軟好舒服真想帶回台灣房價貴了些否則真想多住幾晚而且位置非常好靠近海德公園可惜美中不足想用房間煮開水泡唐寧茶用電壺煮開水卻發現上面浮著一層油光當天因為玩的太累因此未向服務人員反應否則我相信她們也會有令人滿意的回應˙

no usé el spa, el hotel bien en general, aunque un poco ruidoso el lobby; sin lugar a duda tanto en Londres como en Edimburgo, el peor sistema de televisión que me ha tocado en hoteles de esta clase.

Not worth for the very basic level of hospitality. Explicitly asked for a quiet room on a higher floor which was acknowledged but given the total opposite (on the 2nd floor next to a service elevator!) Walls are so thin I could hear the neighbor snoring, service elevator constantly going up &down and people talking in the hallway. Was celebrating a once in a lifetime milestone which was not even acknowledged and instead was presented with insulting “recognition”. I was looking for a hotel to return on a regular basis since I would be returning to London on a regular basis going forward but this place would unfortunately not be the one. Thankfully, London has no shortage of luxury hotels, especially in that neighborhood .
