Was convenient for the conference I attended.

The front desk didn’t answer the phone.

Shuttle service was great. The gentleman was timely, welcoming and helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in tbe area. Thr hotel room was horrific. Smelled old and musty. Tried two rooms and they both smelled. Outdated and discolored dirty carpet. Needs a definite upgrade as lysol and air freshner did not help.

The drain in Bathroom shower/tub did not drain properly. Housekeeping did not clean bathroom or replenish towels.

Always enjoy staying, just no refrigerator in room. They let me know I can request one.

Property had a beautiful view plus it was clean

The hotel was dirty and seemed outdated and run down. Our room had dust all over the place as well as smelled like weed the whole time. The front desk staff were great but the rest was poor. The restaurant took forever and it was all overpriced and gross. I wouldn’t come back at all.

The shuttle service waanand the staff didn’t do anything about it. The shuttle service at 3am was the reason I booked this hotel before our 6am flight. As a

I was so disappointed in this property. I picked it for the name and brand. Checking in took way too long and the person who checked us in was obviously stressed out, over worked and had had it! We had booked 2 rooms for 5 people for 2 nights. We had a bit of stuff and there was only 1 luggage cart on the property and the person who was lucky enough to get it was not interested in returning it so we had so schlep our stuff up to the 3rd floor on our own and one of us was a 3 year old child. We were shocked at the run down condition of the room. The carpeting had horrible red stains and was so old! And there was no fridge in the room. The bathroom shower had a bad leak that soaked the bathroom. My son and his wife tried to make coffee in the coffee maker provided but that leaked all the water out. It was a mess to clean up and no coffee. The sports bar where they served dinner and the restaurant where they served breakfast was also run down and not the cleanest it could be. Again the staff was not very interested in serving and when we asked for anything they made sure to give us an eye roll before getting it. We went to the pool and it was too cold to go in. We were really looking forward to that but ........Could never recommend this place.

Water in shower was Luke-warm at best. Coffee in morning was convenient but expensive. Exercise equipment was outdated.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation we made it that day and then within an hour of making it due to illness, we reached out to both the hotel and third party booking and were assured we would likely get a percentage of our money back, but ultimately got zero refund.

Staff was great, But the hotel is dated and was not clean.

I was truly disappointed by my experience at this DoubleTree by Hilton. The overall management of the property fell far below expectations. The bathtub was noticeably dirty upon arrival, and the room lacked basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. At 8 a.m., the hallway was filled with loud staff conversations while rooms were being cleaned, disrupting the peace. Parking was inconvenient and not guest-friendly. Additionally, dining service ended at 10 a.m., which felt unnecessarily early. Lastly, the food at the sports bar was overpriced and didn’t meet the quality one would expect.

Sports bar had many TV's but no spots channels

Great hotel for park and fly BUT when we went to catch a flight at 4am, no one told us that the shuttle just happened to not be coming that day. Very frustrating…especially because we checked 3 times that the shuttle would be there to take us to the airport. We got an uber and made it on time, but definitely check before you trust the shuttle system there.

A good hotel

I requested double beds and received a single. I asked for a microwave and the clerk said that was no problem. I never received one. No refrigerator. No room cleaning. Air stopped working.
