Pemanas air di kamar berkarat dasarnya, sekarang hotel tidak menyediakan sandal dan sikat gigi lagi. Penerangan kamar kurang. Sarapan pagi biasa saja.

Booking masih akan di charge lagi tambahan biaya local tax yang jumlah nya 7 % dari entah berapa base nya dan tidak bisa masuk Accor point. Kalau via Accor web harga sudah termasuk dan bisa masuk poin Accor. Jadi ujung nya simpulkan sendiri.

Close to train and tram about 4 mins walk away. Easy for travellers heading to dam and or central station.

Excellent, humble , recommended

We ordered and have payed triple standard bedrooms for 3 persons, but they gave us only 2 standard bedrooms and the other 1 is a sofa bed not as required on the internet. But when we complaint to them for the rooms as not required they only say that they don't have any room with triple beds, and then they won't refund or take any charges for the error that they have made, instead they blame agent for providing wrong information. But I counter their mistakes by saying that this mistakes was caused by the error of novotel amsterdam city itself because agent is only a bridge between the customers and the hotel. I was so disappointed as my family was a regular customers since 2009 -2010 same years as my sister enter her college years in amsterdam. Now they have lost their regular customers trust and we won't come back for another stays. Thanks traveloka.

Dapat free upgrade karena check-in malam hari, breakfastnya enak dan lokasinya juga bagus.
