总体来讲，是物有所值的。酒店在斗牛场附近，交通比较方便，周围还有2个很好的超市，打车上快速干道也很方便。房间够大，床很舒适，缺点是冰箱似乎不怎么制冷，没有烧水壶。早餐很好，丰富而且精致。

房間內冷氣機大漏水。原本不是很愉快，因為小孩差點滑倒還有後續三晚，還有要重新收拾行李。 但當天服務人員處理的很快速幫忙換房，雖然房間沒有升級，主動提供後續免費早餐。check out 時人員原本還說要收早餐費，令我們不是很理解。

Excelente servicio, muy recomendable.

Hotel is 7 metro stops from the mayor attractions. Walk to the metro 10 min. Location is in a lower grade neighborhood, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Noisy day and night from the buses, cannot sleep with open window. We ordered a superior room, but because of the noise were transferred on a higher floor to the standard one. Bedding was clean, but very firm mattress and bad quality pillows. Breakfast was good, excellent staff in the cafeteria. Don’t think we coming back.

I had a great stay! The staff is very friendly. The location is great and calm with Metro about a 10min walk or the buss right outside the door. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The breakfast had alot to choose from and was ok. The pool area was very nice and calm. But i wouldn't recommend going in to the bar to order snacks and dricks from the pool without some cover clothing since the hotel guests seemed to be mainly business people that are there for work and conferences. The only negative was the fridge in the room. It shuts off when you take the key card out when you leave the room. At first i thought it was broken because it was luke warm inside so i complained to the reception. But later i realised what was the problem. I even changed the electric outlet to the one next to it labelled "24 hours" but that didn't help.

Excelente estancia en Madrid! la zona es muy tranquila y las instalaciones del hotel estan en muy buen estado.

El lugar no está en la gran vía pero queda muy cerca para llegar y fácil para moverse el desayuno muy completo volvería a ir
