3 star at best. Property was good looking, and in a safe area; however, my room was not that great looking. Limited towels, no blankets, fan in the bathroom wasn't working, shower curtain was absolutely discussing and tub wasn't draining at all. Also, temp in the room wasn't individually regulated. Fan was setup and blowing non stop all night… it was noisy and I couldn’t sleep. It was also way too cold without any ability to adj temp! I ended up putting flannel shirt and fleece pants i wore during my travel bcuz it was absolutely freezing. King size wasn't that much of a use either… since the only blanket in the room was really thin and I was freezing, I ended up folding blanket that was more like a sheet in half to make it thicker which left me with comfort of a twin bed. General facilities of the property look really really nice; however, my room was just crap. Giving it 3 stars would be a huge stretch.

The lady in the breakfast area was a little rude I didn’t want breakfast but I did have a voucher for breakfast I just wanted coffee it was her delivery toward me was so rude point to the other side saying well the coffee is over there on the other side very rude so I didn’t eat breakfast my whole 4days being there beside that the hotel was safe and nice and the other staff was so friendly and welcoming

Staff was not very engaging, but the hotel was cleaned and served well for the nights we were there.

The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. We found an empty French fries package on the floor near the TV. The toilet paper had already been used, and the pool water was too cold. It didn’t turn out as expected.

Fantastic buffet breakfast!

I landed at the airport and needed the shuttle to the hotel. It took over 20 mins of calls and bot chats to finally speak with the hotel and then another 15 mins for shuttle to get to the airport. Shuttle driver was great, young guy, very courteous. At hotel I waited at restaurant table for 15 mins and no one came to ask for my order, I finally went to the bar and waited another 10 mins for someone to finally pay attention to me so I could get a drink. Bartender had no clue what the drink was and asked me what was in it. Told her I didn’t know it’s their special on the board. She found the directions and made the drink but told me she had to substitute the pear for passionfruit. I took the drink to my room and was sorely disappointed in it. Overall, hotel was nice and clean but some of the service and ability to contact them is unacceptable.

Good. Close to airport. Shuttle service. Bar. Restaurant with good food. Water and warm cookie upon arrival.
