Hotel needs updates.

All was good. Nice room. Person checking me in seemed a little put off that i booked through Expedia. And was put in a room without any view as the back of the building decor was all i saw. Someone smoking something nasty when we reached the floor. I assume a guest as i didnt smell it again. Not cigarettte.

Asked for handicap room, clerk said ok and gave me a regular room.. plus gave us 4th floor. Hotel was just about emptied. Will not be staying there again.

I requested to check out a day early, spoke to the front desk in regards to the issue. I was assured I’d receive a call from the manager to sort everything out. I never received a call, e mail or anything. So here’s the scoop. I had to request towels after housekeeping came in the room despite the don’t disturb sign being up. They took all our towels (that were hung up) and didn’t replace them. Took the garbage, left no bags. I had to go to the front desk twice to request towels. Upon taking a shower the next morning, I noticed an uninvited guest. After cooler searching the pic, it was a louse! As in head lice! Stay at your own risk!

Need to let the firestick access work with the wifi again

Hotel very clean and staff very nice

Room was dirty with stains on the walls and even ceiling. There was also mold. The sink was filled with dirty water and it looks as those there were spills on the floor. The guy at the desk was not concerned with any of our issues. The hotel looks nice on the outside. Don’t let it fool you. Worst Marriott we have ever stayed at .

Everything was good only problem was the bathroom tub/shower was nasty the tub had what appeared to be blood and it was on the shower wall as well the shower curtain liner had mold on it thankfully I had Clorox to wash it down

Entering the Hotel and the Customer Service were pretty decent. However water seeping from the bathroom floor before anyone showered was ughhh.. Bathroom dirty, hallway carpet filthy.. I was a little worried about bringing critters back home w/ me from the condition of our room. I did not complain to front desk.. that never ends well these days.. So they weren’t given an opportunity to redeem themselves. It was kinda inexpensive so you get what you pay for I guess..

Everything looks great

Excellent customer service. Easy to get to the front and great disable parking. They let me borrow a wheelchair.

Beautiful hotel & the staff was warm, friendly & helpful. Also, the fitness room was large with a nice variety of equipment. Nice rooms.

Only complaint is not enough baggage carts, when we needed one could not find it as there were only 3 and people keep them in their rooms according to the desk clerk.

3rd time staying at Delta on Two Notch, clean and spacious room so far. Building was remodeled with haste and it’s obvious in some areas, however this did not affect our stay and was a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend
