Our 3 night stay here was very nice. Beautiful hotel and amenities. Restaurant was amazing! We had breakfast, lunch, supper, and the food was excellent quality, good value and amazing service throughout the entire hotel. Starbucks products served at restaurant and coffe shop.The pool area and waterside was great. There was an incident at the pool in which our granddaughter cut her foot on a peice of glass that had been previously broken in the pool and pool area. They immediately closed down the pool area to rectify the situation and while checking out offered extra Bonvoy points. Parking on street free evening and weekends, otherwise paid parking lot.Great location downtown with river walk. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel in a decent part of Saskatoon. Breakfast at the Aroma restaurant was well worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean, pool was big, and staff were wonderful

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The service in the restaurant was also friendly , but slow. The poor girl could have used some extra help. But other then that everything was great. Clean rooms and comfy bed.

The carpet throughout the rooms and halls are very old and feel unclean. The pool area definitely needs some TLC. It had stuff floating in the one pool, when we brought it to staffs attention, they were quick with grabbing a net to collect the mess. But the pool area itself is very run down and dirty. Staff was extremely kind. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a coffee bar and restaurant available for convenience. Over all staff is great but hotel is very tired looking for the price.

No air circulation in the room just terrible and the bed

What a treat to actually get housekeeping daily!! That is so rare now. Rooms are kept immaculate without all the scuff marks and dings you usually see. More expensive but worth it

The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again.
