I had a truly pleasant stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jaden was especially caring — we had some great conversations that made my stay even more enjoyable. I also had a fun encounter with a young lady in the elevator who had such a bubbly and hilarious attitude (wish I remembered her name!). Jose at the valet stood out with his dedication and professionalism, and Cooper was very observant and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Peter, the general manager, who took the time to teach my family and me how to play a game in the lounge — such a thoughtful touch! The rooms were clean and comfortable. While the main elevators were out of service during our visit, the service elevator was functioning, and the setup with the ring cameras and attentive staff on duty was a clever and reassuring solution. Overall, a great experience — I would absolutely stay here again!

This property is conveniently located near the airport, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Issues: they only have one working elevator since the hurricanes last year and someone from the staff has to sit inside and operate it, you may be waiting for the elevator, they must have day passes for the pool because the pool was usually overcrowded and out of seats, there is a lot of noise from the highway and airport. Convenient for the price but you may be able to do better in the area with a little research.

One of the best hotels ever. Staff was courteous and gave great hospitality. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was an added plus.

This property is very nice. The only down fall is they only have one elevators due to the hurricane right now and if they are busy it gets a little backed up. Over all very nice place!!

Customer service in valet (specifically a young woman working late night/ early morning) and management was terrible. Only one elevator for the whole hotel including staff. You have to give yourself 25 min to go up or down to your room so plan accordingly.

I would return to stay there

The property was very clean. We loved the breakfast. Only true complaint would be the bar. The drinks were astronomically expensive, and I am from NYC.

Mixed Experience – Great Staff, But Major Inconveniences First off, I want to acknowledge that some of the staff were truly amazing – helpful and kind throughout our stay. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. When we arrived, only one elevator was working, and I had to wait nearly 25 minutes just to get to our room. After dropping off our bags, my daughter and I ended up using the stairs for most of our stay—seven flights up and down—because the elevator situation never improved. To top it off, when we returned from dinner, our key card didn’t work. I had to go downstairs twice, and it turned out the key fob lock on our door needed to be replaced. It was frustrating, especially after a long day. Overall, while the staff did their best, the lack of functioning amenities really impacted our stay. They need to let people know they only have one of the three working elevators.

Property is mediocre. Beware of the elevator. It doesn't work and you have to press a ring door bell to call for it. It bangs as it goes up/down floors. We were in a room very close to the elevator and throughout the night we could hear constant banging which either kept us up or woke us up throughout the night. On arrival the floors were dirty... Popcorn on the side of the bed and dirt around the edges of the room. Right after coming up to the room I requested for a vaccum and that never happened throughout the entire stay. Customer service wise the light skin guy with the long hair in a pony tail has top notch customer service. The bell lady at the front from St. Croix is super nice. The light skin curly hair girl who works nights customer service is non existent. She really should be removed from customer facing roles. We were also charged for food and drink we never ordered but that was sorted fairly quickly. They accommodated a late check out (one hour later). Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as I personally would not stay here again. There must be better for the same price in the vicinity.
