The service is bad. When you ask for something that should be in the hotel like soap & slippers, it takes 2 hours for delivery.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was well worth the extra fee. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was really nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The only downside was that the pool changing room was a little messy and dirty and the pool area a little tired.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain and the bathroom could use a bit more of a deep cleaning. For the price that I paid, I was a bit disappointed. Also the location was not the best, or convenient.

Amazing hotel! Such a good location, very child friendly, brilliant restaurant and facilities and the staff were fantastic.

Harde senger, ellers alt veldig bra.

there's not even a simple coffee machine to make coffee. trash can is way too small and no bag. it's really dirty, without a bag, without cleaning the trash can, it can tranmit desease. bathroom door can't stay open.

Helt OK utvalg til frokosten, men hadde nok trodd det skulle være bedre. Rommet var grei størrelse, men var ganske støvete. I bar området hvor man kunne bestille enkle retter var det ofte mye søl/brukte tallerkener og glass på bordene. Vi opplevde å komme tilbake etter 1 time, og den halvspiste pizzaen på nabobordet sto der fortsatt
