Staff at reception where brilliant

absolutely great experience

Parking was good, reception staff very helpful, room & bathroom clean & bed comfortable. There were a couple of areas with room for improvement. The curtains had come off the rail near the closure on one side so it let the early morning light in. A small bottle of water in the room, particularly in the heat would have been appreciated. All in all a good stay.

Lovely hotel in great location but hard to get the news on tv as set up is terrible rooms would benefit from having a safe and mini fridge

We got here very late so we went to get some tea at Burger King so we then headed back in to eat it but as we left to go to Burger King we didn’t have the code so we had to buzz out and then we sat and watched some rubbish telly and we all fell asleep in the night Claire disappeared maybe she fell into a pit we will never know and then we all awoke but before we went to sleep the lamp was flickering and it was scary so we fixed it and then in the morning we woke up to an absolute banger of a tune but then Claire went back to sleep bad Claire who then proceeded to be a pest all morning but then we packed up and left but bean went on an adventure which was very funny it was lovely stay and some good Kip

Ideal place for us to stay for our flight from the airport. Must say the staff who worked in the bar and restaurant were excellent

Everywhere was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and plenty to go at. Plenty of parking spaces available too.

Room was great, staff are always super friendly and parking is excellent - ev charging is good and price very reasonable.

room was very clean and modern. the only downside was it was a bit dark could do with mirror being near window . breakfast was ok not worth the flat rate we were charged tho. better value eating else where. evening meal was great lots of choice and portions huge. staff were very friendly and helpful. loads of parking spaces for being a large and busy hotel. lovely swimming pool.would definitely stay again

Lovely staff. Excellent room. Didn't eat there but would come back for the hot tub alone!

One day stay will my 7 year old. We got a double room and everything was perfect. Nice food too plus my daughter eat for free both dinner and breakfast

I recommend this place, we have always stayed there for years, it is clean and nice place❤️
