Breakfast was not included, but there is a great Coffee shop next door. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms didn’t have a microwave, but they did have a small fridge. No water fountains on sight, but they gave you bottled water. Overall, great location and I’d stay here again.

Beautiful hotel & suite!

The staff were amazing and so accommodating. I called Tanya at the front desk in a pickle and she was able to get me quickly and easily checked in early. So pleased!

Not the best expereince - coffee machine just put out water - lightbulb broken - bed not made - pool dirty with hair and gunk - 3 or 4 calls for any response - charged for parking beware of fine print

Booking on Expedia stated we would receive 20% off a meal , we were told no while checking in (the woman was quite blunt bordering on rude ) , later that evening when myself and my partner went downstairs to attend our dinner reservation I seen a new staff member was working the desk, I brought the issue up and they added the note to my file and the issue was resolved . We stayed in a platinum king room for two nights over New Years Eve while booking we cross referenced with the website more details of the room, some things on the website aren’t available (cream and milk in the fridge and other small details ) calling room service is difficult and usually takes 3-4 attempts to get an answer. Another perk that appealed to us with the platinum king suite was the bathrobes , so much so we sent the property a message to confirm we would have robes included and they responded they will fulfill the request, upon arrival only one was in the room and it unfortunately had a used bandaid stuck to the inside , they gave us a new one but left this one in our room. Pool was closed without warning and staff seemed annoyed when I called to ask when it opened , we never got to use those facilities. Staff was friendly at most times and hotel was clean, just felt mediocre in comparison to what expected for both accommodations and dining.

We’ve stayed at the Atlantica several times and it’s always a solid choice. However, this visit had a few negatives that are worth mentioning. First, we selected (and paid extra for) a “Platinum King” room. However, other than a slightly better view, the room and service were no different/better than a standard King room. Second, we went for a swim and found a very dirty jacuzzi with only one functioning jet. Finally, when we checked in, we were informed that, because we’d entered the parkade, we would be charged an additional $28. There had been no signage indicating this at the entry to the parkade or inside it that we could see.

The room was fully renovated and very clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend the Atlantica Hotel Halifax for anyone that needs to visit Halifax, especially if they need to be close to the QEII hospital complexes.

the beds were very uncomfortable and there were flags just outside our window making a loud noise all night ,and i believe if you are paying for a room at a hotel you should not have to pay to park in their lot

Amazing place! Perfect location for a walk downtown to the boardwalk. Staff at the bar was beyond helpful also!

The room was great and the staff were extremely helpful. They found a couple of items I had left behind this past summer.

The room was in good shape and the staff were nice. The management need improving and have some sympathy for an elder couple who had to leave early. The management still charged for the 2 nights that we couldn't stay. That was poor marketing because we will never recommend this hotel to any of our friends or aquaintances who want to visit Halifax because this.
