Room was clean and comfortable. Overall condition of the hotel is somewhat tired, although it has been upgraded in some areas.

Any time i come to Peterborough i stay at the holiday Inn. Staff are always friendly and professional. Beds are comfy and the kids love the pool area .

Good location but a very tired property

The room was perfect, I would stay here again. The building looks old but it has updated rooms and newer carpet in the hallway. Perfect for a nights stay, I would choose it again.

Had the room advertised but when got there didn’t have the room no microwave never coming back there again !!

The city side of the property is unsafe. We had our car broken into and belongings taken. The area is filled with homeless. The outside perimeters have debris all around the property. The overall staff are very friendly.

Booked a premium pool view room. Very disappointed. Too wsrm overnight - no window to open, thermostat set at lowest - very uncomfortable. Pillow cases scentrd detergent - aggravating

The hotel was great, check/in was fantastic and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The problem is the people prowling the parking lot. Our vehicle was broken into overnight, the rental we had was damaged and all the contents in the vehicle were thrown everywhere and some belongings were stolen although we did not leave any valuables in the vehicle. There did not seem to be any security or police presence around the hotel, and even at check-in time we did not feel safe unloading our vehicle with two kids due to the people haning out in the parking lot.

Just stayed one night. Great location and lovely view over the river. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Walkable to many things good location. Would stay again

The hotel was clean great customer service unfortunately the we prepaid for breakfast at the restaurant and I would not recommend it the food was ice cold and we went early they did try and bring out hot food but the warmers were not working there for the food was cold not much of a choice for a paid Buffett

We had a great vacation the pool hours were awesome and close to everything. The staff checked on us everyday and we had our service dog with us the grounds were awesome and cant wait to return!!

Sounds funny we booked a room here for the hot tube that didnt work. We were told when we checked in everything was good till we got to the pool area and it was all taped off. Will not book here again they way they handled the situation at the front dest was very unprofessional

Clean, excellent location. Some fixtures in need of updating. Noisy especially kids in the hall. Pool was great!

we have stayed here a few times now one night as a birthday celebration.Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The biggest dissappontment is the Riverside Grill restaurant attached to the hotel.The staff are great and the food good.but it seems every time we go there the menu choices are less and less for more cost.

Room floors were filthy, breakfast was not included in the rediculous price., the room was called a luxury suit and the shower had either black dirt or mold.
