Rodents kept us up all night. Water pressure is non existent. Rooms were dirty. Parking lot across from property is out of Fast & Furious

2 Lovely stays at the Delta with my almost 14 year old Vizsla, Breton, in Sept 2025 & October 2025. Fantastic stroll on the boardwalk overlooking Sault Ste. Marie USA. The Park settings for the dog is fantastic. The mall across the street for basic needs was handy. Parking was fantastic! Hope to be back again in 2026.

Lovely dinner in restaurant

Great location and views on the waterfront. Nice walking along the Boardwalk! Everything was clean, comfortable and we were treated well by all staff. Easy to get to everything. Great place to stay if you are going on the Agawa Canyon Train!

Hotel and staff were excellent. Dinner was amazing but breakfast was lukewarm and fruit was far from fresh.

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The only issue is that the carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced, especially in the elevators.

I wasn't expecting much from Sault Ste Marie, but I was wrong. The hotel was great, the view from our room was awesome and the restaurant was also excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are dated and room service is expensive. You could hear neighbour's coughing. The view was great and convenient parking.

Concert in the venue next door the first night until 2am. Music was so loud you could hear word for word what was being said inside our room as if we were on the front row. Concert on the 2nd night as well. When we complained the front desk was hateful and said they have no control over it. Two bad nights sleep for weary travelers.

Staff was great. Entrance, lobby and dining options are great. But that's about it. Rooms, facilities, corridors are all run down and need serious renovations and upgrades. Elevator carpet were disgustingly dirty. In facility dining options are clean and good.

Lovely place, great dining, good walks along the canal. Good pool and hot tub.

This is a great hotel right on the waterfront. There's a beautiful board walk directly behind the hotel and you can walk all along the waterfront. The check-in was smooth and efficient - and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, even looking up directions for us to find our way to the train station for the next morning. We enjoyed dinner on the patio. Our room was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable. The only issue we had was there were limited outlets for our electronic devices. Unfortunately where some of the plugs and outlets were placed, device cords would not fit. An inconvenience, but did not detract from the accommodations.
