A nice place to stay overnight or two and staff are polite and very accommodating.

Easy check in and friendly staff.

The good includes the location is convinient, there is a dollarama in the attatched mall making for easy snacks, parking is plentiful, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and breakfast had options and the food was great. The not so great, there is no coffee in the room, and the coffee in the lobby/breakfast would be safe for a toddler before nap time. The key card lock to the mall didnt work. We hadnt brought our phones with is so we had to hunt down security to bring us in. There was only one elevator working, but it only caused a delay in the morning. The only thing that I really would recommend in the cleanliness department would be they need to vacuum. I know sequins and glitter never really go away, but the fact that they were still on the floor in the hall in the 2 weeks between visits makes me question how often its being done.

My husband and I stayed for one night , very clean . The a/c wasn’t working and the heater just kept getting hotter, so they upgraded our room!! Thanks so much .

The staff was great and the breakfast was also good. The room was clean and o er all the hotel was great. The problem was in the surrounding blocks were a lot of drug addicts and homeless folks

The room wasn’t the grandest, the fridge wasn’t plugged in and the shower made an awful sound. Still a comfortable stay, but only For a night

I dont even know where to start. Parking is a nightmare, either a parking garage or a parkinglot next to junkie central. Condom wrappers in the hallway and elevator, the lemon and orange water in the lobby tasted mold. The entire place reeks of B.o. and smoke. The place has such old carpeting its dinghy. Breakfast was nasty, overcooked nasty scrambled eggs and greasy sausage. The yogurt is open in a big bowl, no cover. The toast breads offered were stale and just gross. Save your money. Go else where.

Rude staff

Room was clean. Hotel is showing its age and is need of a complete painting and minor repairs to walls and tiled surfaces. Light fixtures require updating. That said, our stay was comfortable with no issues experienced.

We just stay there for a night, the room and hotel were clean and beds were comfortable. It has a unique 8ft pool in its deepest part. Its located in the downtown area. They have a limited parking in front of the hotel maybe 40 spots, but have enough parking in the shopping mall located above or beside the hotel with an elevator that connects it.
