While the room was very clean and the staff was super friendly, the facility is aged and worn. We had planned on two nights but left after night one.

After I checked in an hour later. front desk lady without knocking the door she just opens my room door and walk in . Seems like she had no respect for my privacy. I'll never do business with them again.

Cambiaron la administración. No hay servicio de Shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel ni a lugares cercanos. El desayuno está más reducido y muy pobre. Las habitaciones tienen partes de piso rotas y no están limpias del todo, encontré cucarachas y grillos en mi habitación. Me habían dado una habitación previa donde el aire acondicionado no servía del todo. La Alberca no funciona.

This is a weary and worn property. The common areas were frayed around the edges and in some cases dirty. However, the staff was very friendly and kind.

Easy access to ABQ

We had a nice experience although it was only an overnight stay.

Really comfortable stay and clean. There was a mistake in the system but they dealt with it with extreme care and were super nice overall really liked the place.

Really good for the price, nice clean room and comfy bed

Room had overpowering air freshener odor. The floor was fake wood paneling, and it was loose and coming up in many places, kept catching my socks and feet on the edges. Very uncomfortable. Probably won't stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and a good price. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel needs updating. The room was clean enough but the old, dilapidated flooring needs to be redone.

Nice people at front desk, but we could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms and couldn't sleep.

Great stay

Room was good for the price. Walls are ridiculously thin, so if you don't want to hear your neighbors talking all night or moaning, probably should stay elsewhere.

Hotel was ok.

Close off the interstate. Allow pets.

Property is a bit dated. Staff was awesome.

A "chirping noise happened now and then through the night", and I couldn't locate it to turn it off. I told the desk clerk who politely took down the information.
