一切0K，浴室夠寬敞。附近有公眾停車停場，入夜7時後免費泊車至早上9時，周日免費。唯獨欠冷氣，服務台給我們一台風扇。

飯店距離科隆中央車站略遠，但是一路從車站走過來可以欣賞科隆街道美景，房間設施相當好，提供一人一杯膠囊咖啡在房間使用，進來房間床頭就放著小熊軟糖迎賓，房間非常的大，下次有機會來會在選擇入住

整體住宿感覺很好，走路就可以到達科隆主要景點，飯店人員也很親切，飯店車庫需要請飯店人員幫忙開啟才能停入。

We have to Check-in with Self-check-in kiosk, there was just one person in the reception to help guests. Room was clean and there were minimum equipment for basic comfort, but they clean the room only of we ask for (if you stay 2 nights or more). Breakfast was really ready minimum minimum, just some eggs, yogurt, breads, etc., no need to add the breakfast option, better to go a cafe nearby.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff are super friendly and make you feel really welcome. Room was lovely. I will return again soon.

Zimmer sauber und Modern, viel Platz. Badezimmer sauber und schön. Frühstück war alles was man braucht, frisches Obst war auch da.

Great location and nice room. But the elevator was broken and the sauna was made out of order while we were there.

East walk into old city

The rooms were very clean and very much appreciated the multilingual staff, aswell as very great bar/lounge area.

Great location and hotel looks nice but staff at the hotel all seemed a bit disempowered, friendly just not great when things go wrong. Nice fancy app to check in and open your room door - minimal to no instructions on ground floor to find room and lift was out of order - I’ll come back to that. But when you get to your room it needs a card (available from reception to turn lights on!) helpful to have them in room or detailed needed in app. So back to lifts I’m partially disabled so 4 flights of stairs has been a challenge - but young staff made calls to management and no one answered. Said hotel was full but actually apartments in other block were not as saw screen (they had a working lift). Despite promises to get us a different room on Saturday it never happened - they were apologetic and did give a partial refund. Expedia on the other hand were not and said hotel doesn’t list a lift so we’ll just give credit (rubbish as German rules on 4star require a lift). Shower flooded on Saturday and again staff slow to do anything if at all. On that note when looking at rooms available I was shown that 10 other rooms were not in working order. So again I’d say nice hotel but it’s had better days and isn’t being maintained to a 4 star standard.

No elevators. The hotel is very confusing. I was on the 4th floor and had to go up and down with luggage. Some of the hotel staff not friendly. I wouldn't go back.

The hotel has never answered a single message from me. I’ve lost my flight to Cologne. I’ve asked to move the stay to next weekend. Never heard back. I’d never recommend a hotel like this.

The room was spacious and had a kettle and nespresso machine. The pool and sauna were an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice ,hot and fresh. Short walk to cathedral, bars, restaurents and station

Allt i närheten

Wir waren 7 Personen also habe ich 4 Zimmer reserviert. Ich wollte das Check-in mit dem Handy machen aber dues war sehr mühsam da mam seine Indentitätskarte hochladen musste und immer wieder kam die Meldung es funktioniert nicht also wollte ich es Vorort machen. Vorort wurden wir schlecht bedient und der Mitarbeiter wollte dass wir es selbst machen an den Automaten. Das führte dazu dass jemand von uns plötzlich ein Zimmer hatte von einem anderen Gast mit dem gleichen Nachnamen. In einen Zimmer hatte es noch Kot in der Toilette, im Anderen hatte es viele Haare auf dem Bett und am Boden vom Badezimmer. Fazit: Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht gelegen und die Ausstattung ist gut leider ist es beim Check-in und der Sauberkeit eher schlecht, daher würde ich das nächste Mal woll eher ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Gute Lage. Super Frühstück

Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück gut. Das Hotel liegt toll direkt am Rhein. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Wir mussten in einem nahen Parkhaus parken.
