Wonderful- Close to everything

Everything was excellent

This courtyard has seen better days. Outside it’s located in a great little area with lots to do. Inside needs a good cleaning and repairing. I didn’t shower due to the funk on the shower floor. Dust and lint on the AC intake showed further lack of attention to detail. AC and internet were both on point. Staff seemed very friendly. I’m sure you’re on candid camera but you can walk from outside into the parking garage and up to the back of the lobby and then up the separate elevator to room floors without need of a key or room card. Not great.

Hotel is clean and linens and beds are comfortable. There is a lot of noise, however. You can hear other guests if they're talking in the hall. Every room seems to overlook an atrium where the reception is. The atrium has a strong echo which also can be heard inside the rooms.

Checkin was fast and easy, as was parking. The room was clean and quiet. No complaints at all

Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10. The Unloading & Parking was a little Confusing, but Overall a Nice Hotel🎉🎉🎉

The shower was a little difficult to work and tub was a little dirty. The bathroom light over the mirror went out but it was addressed right away so that was good. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service all around. Hotel was a great location for our stay.

Confortable

The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Transportation was excellent. MARTA is 5 minutes walk from the facility. Various food options within close proximity to the facility. As always Courtyard by Narriott is comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean and fresh( major for me).

There was no water for two days!!! And the AC in the room was not properly cooling! Overall horrible stay. I want and deserve a REFUND!

Nice

Overall stay was nice. I had two issues first one was when checking in nighttime clerk was not at the desk. After waiting for approximately five minutes, had to call to inform the clerk I was outside, trying to check in. Also blanket was dirty, but the housekeeping came in resolve my issue. The location of the hotel is very ideal. Lots of eateries and things to do nearby. Would come back and stay again.

Staff are very friendly, location great for our needs

We came for rest. We paid for breakfast. What we got was regret, served hot and soggy. They called it food. I called it microwave archaeology—ancient scrambled eggs and mystery meat dragged from the freezer’s crypt. The coffee said Starbucks, but it tasted like something strained through an old sock in a trench. The woman running the breakfast area had the enthusiasm of a DMV on a holiday weekend. We paid $40 for two people. For that, we got sadness on a plate. So we did what any broken, battered travelers would do—we fled to First Watch down the street. There, the eggs were real, the coffee woke us up instead of insulting us, and the service reminded us we were human. The bill? $41, with a tip and our dignity included. Next time, skip the Courtyard breakfast unless you’re into culinary nihilism.
