None of the lights worked all the bulbs were burned out. There was cockroaches crawling everywhere even in my bags. I had to check them before I left just to make sure there was no stow aways.

No hot water to wash in the morning.

The lady at the front desk wasn't the friendliest and the beds weren't great but the breakfast and pool made up for it.

Bed bugs

There was lots of trash on the sides and back of the building. The hallways needed painting. The first room we got was dirty and the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t close right and it smelled bad. The second room they gave us the plumbing was bad and we couldn’t flush the toilet and the tub was disgusting. Needless to say we were booked for 3 nights and stayed 1, only because we were tired and the beds were clean and comfortable.

It’s comfortable to stay, breakfast is included. I just wish the jets and the whirlpool worked to fully enjoy the stay. Overall, it’s close by areas that we wanted to go.

Wall had holes chairs were broken shower made noise trimming was falling apart Unfortunately we got there to late to go somewhere else so we pushed through the first night and ofc we were woken up at 7 am to construction in the next room it sounded like they were drilling on the wall so everyone including my 1 year old was woken up ! And we tried to fight for a refund for the second night but they didn’t give in

Staff was helpful. The dining was not open b cause Chef didn’t show up. After traveling all day we were ready to unwind, have a drink and some food . We had to get back in the car to find food. It was very frustrating. We sat down to eat breakfast and they started cleaning up breakfast before we could even start eating.

Lots of homeless people around, building not secure, trash everywhere, smell of fabuloso and cigarette smoke. Holes in the walls, a/c coming off the wall, etc. didn’t stay and found other accommodations.

Don’t do service

Property is in need of major renovations everything is old and outdated....

Quiet, close to shopping areas and food

Staff very friendly and genuine concern about client getting great service.

It was in a good location

went in and staff was rude. Didnt even try helping me out with my situation.

There was a sewage odor in the hallways. We all woke with congestion similar to an unchanged filter in the HVAC. The tub has big cracks in it. The buffet was excellent

Even though the price was good, you get what you pay for, the area was sketchy, the receptionist was just there no emotion, the room was subpar, very outdated furniture, shower had mold tv didn’t as far as getting channels, loud humming noise from little refrigerator, broken chair, would I stay again no.

I reserved a room after 4 hour drive got there went to check in and they wanted to charge additional $300 deposit for room and that deposit was the going to be returned? I'm not so sure about that in 5-7 days. Yeah right !I know the routine they don't return and why they need deposit when they got on file.i ended up at a la Quinta an hour layer

I did not like nothing from the property. It was very dirty. They never vacuumed the hallway, never clean the elevators. There were cigarettes in the corner. There was trash in the hallway. The bathrooms were not kept up to maintenance. The rooms were not even vacuumed when we were gone, we got there. We asked for towels in the front desk and the first time they never even delivered the towels second time they deliver it.
