Had a great time with the family! The kids loved the pool and game room. The hotel amenities were nice!

Some game room games don't work

Hotel was clean and quiet. With 3 kids in tow (15,14,13) the game room, pool, and fire pits were well received features by all. The attached restaurant could stand a revamp with staffing and understanding of meal timing, though. We were the only seated table. No one received their meal at the same time (with incorrect items) and our appetizer came after all our food. Overall, we would return to the hotel without hesitation. And given the number of people going in and out of the Mexican restaurant across the street try that place next time.

Breakfast lady that works the weekdays is on her phone the entire time she’s setting out breakfast. And has her phone stuffed in her bra on speaker so we could all hear. Every weekday I was there this happened.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary during a trip to Estes Park, and we had a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, we were graciously upgraded to a suite with a firepit, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is conveniently located about half a mile from town, making it an easy walk. While we didn’t dine at the restaurant, we enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor firepits and had a great time at the bar. The pool was a good size, clean, and felt recently updated. We did have a brief issue with some loud guests late at night (likely part of a college group) but the staff addressed it promptly. Parking was easy and plentiful, and there’s even a grassy area for dogs. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning.

Very convenient for visiting Rocky Mountain national Park

Overall it was nice, but $17 a standard breakfast at other places is ridiculous

We enjoyed 3 night stay while my husband and I got married in Estes! The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the bar and grille food and drinks. The breakfast was lacking, especially for being a charge. Nothing more than overcooked sausage and eggs that obviously had been sitting for a while. We also enjoyed the fire pits outside, and were looking forward to using the complimentary smores kits, but in the evenings its nearly impossible to find someone at the main desk. We waited until giving up. I just wish there was a bell or SOMETHING to be able to notify someone to come to the desk. We also tried calling the main lobby number several times for blankets and got no answer. Otherwise great stay!

This was a wonderful hotel. The fire pit and s’mores was an amazing surprise. The pool and hot tub was great. Room a was comfortable. Front desk host upon check in was very nice. I didn’t catch his name but he works night shift as we didn’t check in till about 7pm. Over all a great hotel my 13 year old said it was his favorite hotel.

Love the hotel but…really really bad breakfast buffet $17.95 really? We got it free with our room but we went out to eat. Gym is lacking…

Beautiful property with great staff. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The fire pit and complimentary s'mores were a very nice touch! The bar was vibrant and fun.

We were in off season, so not many people there and was nice. Liked bar and fire pits.

We love this hotel for its indoor pool, hot tub and game room. We stayed two night this time up and we did learn a few things.. 1) the pool is not consistently warm which is a bummer, 2) the attached restaurant is where you can have a buffet breakfast..kids are free but adults pay 17.99 which is absurd, 3) staff don’t communicate super well. We kept getting told different answers to things.

It was just a one night stay in the mountains . cold outside warm inside
